Kinstone is a 30-acre haven of peaceful beauty filled with stone sculpture, natural buildings, restored native prairie, oak savanna and spectacular views over the Mississippi River. These giants will amaze you!
3. The Bread Hut Under CastleRock
Authentically made from scratch sourdough bread made daily at Castlerock Sourdough and delivered to the bread hut for self service. We suggest packing along some butter and spreads because there is no way you will be able to wait until you get home! Ring the bell and to enjoy some friendly goats that love to visitors.
4. Make a Wish
Did you know that Fountain City was actually named Fountain City because of all the naturally occurring springs on our hillsides? This fountain here is supplied by a natural artisan well and tucked into a little corner garden in the heart of downtown. Fun photo opp!

Do you believe in dragons?! A stop at the Monarch and John can regale you with dragon lore as well as fill you in on Fountain City’s brewing history while you enjoy of flight of local brews. The Monarch is the oldest operating tavern in Wisconsin.
6. Fountain City’s Famous Roadside Attraction
55 tons of roadside attraction! This boulder escaped down the bluffside and crashed into the house in April 1995. The Rock in the House has been delighting travelers ever since. Gotta hop out of the car and check this one off your list!
