Step back in time and discover the rich history of Fountain City and the surrounding area at the Fountain City Area Historical Society Museum, located at 7 S. Main Street, Fountain City, Wisconsin.
We welcome visitors throughout the summer season from Memorial Day through Labor Day, open Saturdays from 1:00–4:00 PM. Can’t make it during regular hours? No problem! We’re happy to arrange private visits for individuals, families, school groups, and organizations year-round by appointment. To schedule a visit, simply contact Ann, John, or Sandy.

History enthusiasts are always welcome! The Historical Society meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 1:00 PM at the museum. Whether you’re a longtime resident, new to the area, or simply interested in local history, we invite you to join us.
