2022 Event Sponsorship Opportunities
All sponsors are recognized at the events, on our website and social media postings. Costs to run the events are listed below.
Community Easter Egg Hunt & 5k Run/Walk
Held annually the Saturday before Easter. Sponsorships cover the cost of providing 2,000+ Easter Eggs, prizes, activities and refreshments. New this year is a 5k Run/Walk. ($1,000 event cost)
Rhythms by the River
Free Live Music at the park the 3rd Thursday of the month May thru Sept. Sponsorships help cover the cost of booking musicians. ($2,500 cost for the season)
Hollywood Nights
Free movie night at the auditorium the first Friday of the month. Sponsorships help cover the cost of upgrading equipment and movie rights. ($250 cost per movie)
Winter Fest
Held annually on the first Saturday in February. Features chili competition, bake sale, winter activities, concessions, children’s activities and this year a talent show. ($2,500 event cost)
Rhubarb Fest
Held annually on the 2nd Saturday in June at the park. Features rhubarb themed activities, craft show, car show, plant sale, live music and children’s activities. ($1,500 event cost)
